“For me as migrant woman, the phrase 'echar pa' lante' (push forward) means being myself, even if I am far from my people, from my land. It means learning and take advantage of growth opportunities without losing my culture and values. Always proud to knock on doors and achieve goals” "For me,
Since I've been doing business I have always set goals for myself, but sometimes I feel as if I was stuck...why? Because I have missed making decisions in my life with the business and for me at this moment the most important thing is the business
And then, as I told you, I felt afraid to make a date, to say 'I have to push forward against wind and tide and I have to do it.' I made the decision against the wind and tide of leaving my job and I'm going to leave it on December 31 of this year.”
“To Push forward sometimes it is also saying enough or saying no, no thanks anymore. We came from Mexico nine years ago and it was a It was also a very difficult situation. because sometimes we are tied to old patterns, to old habits that you don't want to leave. Sometimes includes toxic relationships
And then you have to tie your heart and say no thanks and fly. And we flew here.” "For me as an entrepreneurial woman, The phrase 'echar pa' lante' means Don't be afraid, keep learning, be constant and persevering to reach my goal, take small but firm and safe steps myself for tomorrow.
Look back and say I did it.” “As an immigrant woman there have been many challenges we have found along the way and one of the reasons that still they have me on my feet that you have to fight against all odds. You can't give up, you have to keep taking steps, steps,
Steps that become small steps and then they are giant steps that gradually they are achieved and dreams come true through female empowerment, In not giving up and fighting against the wind and tide.” Hello how are you? Welcome to the Para Todas podcast. A podcast for amazing women like you.
Yes, you heard that right. Entrepreneurial and migrant women who are willing to achieve their dreams. Cultivating collective power. I am Claudia Arroyo and maybe some of you already have a path traveled and some have already been listening to the previous chapters. I am the director of an organization which is called Prospera
And we are in the north of the Bay, in California, in the San Francisco area. Our goal is to embrace our stories, is giving light to those great women stories who are achieving their dreams in the middle of a new place, with a different language, but inspiring each other, not only launch businesses,
But they transforms realities and they also transform mentalities and in those stories we find, how we can all inspire each other, how it is important to accompany us to break the isolation and tell our stories. Is not easy
To move forward in a country that is not yours and that is why this phrase 'what a berraca she is' or how 'she gets ahead of things' or 'she has guts'. 'How outstanding she is' are some of the adjectives What do we give to women?
Like those of us who work and those of us who with whom we walk in Prospera. Today, we're going to be talking about this, About pushing forward in the middle of difficulties, find opportunities in the midst of crises. And for that we have invited the daughter of Nora Farfán and Nery Sánchez.
She comes from Neiva, Huila, Colombia. She is an incredible unstoppable entrepreneur, who started a dedicated business for our childhood. It's called Healthy and Safe Kids. Our guest entrepreneur Today is Ingrid Sánchez. She is a professional consultant in parenting and well-being. She specializes in family education
And in alternative learning From the perspective of neuroscience for childhood, her purpose It seems to be huge, but it is also very simple and beautiful. She wants to contribute to seeing happy families showing them an easier parenting that generates harmony in your home and connect parents and children in love and communication
So that everyone feels heard and full in their life. How terrific! What a great topic and how appropriate for these times we live in! So we welcome you Ingrid Sánchez. Well yes, Ingrid, I'm very glad you're here. Welcome. Welcome to the podcast Para Todas. How are you?
Well happy and grateful for being here with you today, Clau, for giving me the opportunity to express, to tell you my story. Oh yes, how beautiful. Look, I told all our audience we are already in episode number 11 and well, we like to bring women with their stories, because each of us
We have a story to embrace and in all the stories There are columns that support us. So, just as a taste, so they know who Ingrid is, tell me which are the angular people, which Are those columns for Ingrid Sánchez? Ok, well, They are my parents,
My grandmothers, on my mom's and dad's side, where I grew up, with values, values of effort, dedication, discipline, love, faith. And I was born in a city in where the berraca woman is very pronounced, always searching for freedom, hope, courage. And it reminds me a lot of the hymn from my city.
That's how we are. Let's see, you already took us to Colombia and I already imagined what that hymn will be like. But tell us what it means to be a berraca, What is the berraca woman? And how Ingrid is a berraca woman? Ok, well, a berraca woman is the one who works hard,
Which is always an obstacle, an opportunity that there is a learning process to certain obstacles. You always have to move forward, with determination, with hope, with love. That's a berraca woman. Well you are the perfect candidate to talk about the topic
What we are going to be addressing today, because precisely we are going to talk to you about the berraca women, the women who do not give up, the women who stand up despite all the circumstances, sometimes they are adverse, sometimes it seems that we cannot move forward any more, however we have
That strength, that resistance, that resilience. You come from a small town, tell me of your roots, where you come from, because we want to understand How have you grown to be a woman so strong that doesn't give up. Where does Ingrid come from?
Tell us a little more because you already started talking about your parents and in an initial conversation I really liked what you told me that you grew up with the strength of the example of your father and mother and you told me that one of them
Said there is always a solution to the obstacles that are presented to us, I think it was your mother. Tell us a little more about that. Yes, let's see, I grew up with mom and dad, along with my four sisters. I am the third of five women where my mother was a housewife,
But also worked with catalogs and my dad was a freelancer and also worked for 25 years in an organization. And my dad was always a person who worked hard to achieve those goals, those dreams, those goals that he wanted. And my mother was his support, raising the kids, but also in economic matters.
And my dad always told us: the best way is to educate yourself, read, study and have discipline. I trained in sports, also from very little, doing athletic things and it was constant discipline, tasks, routine. And so I grew along with those values, with my dad and my mother.
And my mother, when certain economic situations arose or situations that were not true, certain easy way out, well, we have to rethink, We have to look for solutions. But there are some for sure. Those were like the words he mentioned. They say that when a plant is healthy,
Its roots are strong and someone who knows about plants told me 'No, Claudia, as soon as you see the little yellow leaves or something is happening, you have to look at the roots'. And you are talking to me about of a very healthy philosophy of life,
Very strong, from your dad and your mom. The influence of both To not to give up, the influence to have discipline, to have education. Your life in Colombia It is a life of great effort. As a woman in sports -That's right. Also a woman in love. You married?
Tell me how your life was, because we'll Talk about the moment of entrepreneurship. We'll also talk about the moment you emigrate, but we all have a life before arriving in this country and sometimes it seems like people think like, 'no, we got there here, it's a new life'.
Actually you you have a whole life that precedes your arrival to the United States. Tell us about that life, how your parents' philosophy influenced on what you did? What are you proud of? That smile! Where does it come from, Why are you laughing? Where does it come from? What are memories happening?
Yes Yes, well, remembering is so beautiful. In my childhood I grew up in a home of a lot of faith, a lot of love, a lot of dialogue, of a lot of effort, from dad and mom to move forward, to sow that love of family, of union. And I finished -
Well, that was in my childhood, theme sports, education - I finished very young my bachelor's degree, at 15 years old I started my professional career and when I made the decision of that career I finished my bachelor's degree at the age of 15.
One of the drivers to take that path, that race was the same situation to be able to help my parents on financial issues and banking, in business matters, that as I mentioned, my dad was also an employee, but also He had his fishmonger business, meat, chicken, fruits.
But I wanted to help you How he managed his business and I did my first degree in banking and financial administration and I started working at 17 years old in an organization which I worked for for 20 years and it was a hydrocarbon center company,
But all my professional development was In another area, which was the topic of helping, the whole issue of social responsibility, contractual, with action For families and employees. So, throughout that learning trajectory and being involved, Well, woke up that passion to learn and educate more. So I started studying behavioral psychology
The whole topic of behavior modification, how to address that thought in the adult, to not have accidents To be more conscious in all their actions? And so I started to fall more in love with psychology involving families, shareholders, investors. It was a beautiful job what I did for 20 years
And I got married at 30 years old, I got married To a wonderful man. Today we have been married for 13 years. I am a mother of three children, one 11 years old, 10 and 3 years old... And well, when I became a mother, 11 years ago I was traveling a lot.
I started to wake up, like that need to prepare to be a mother, a present mom. and I had to address another role: mom, wife, because I traveled a lot from one place to another and I wanted to have that stability. I started studying alternative educations, learned
Other ways to educate and how to teach my children and that they learn in a way different, non traditional. So I started studying various methodologies such as Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio Emilia and well, that's it! I set up my Arts and Culture for early childhood education center,
And it was a beautiful project that helped and involved other areas of pedagogues and clinical development psychologists. And that learning was wonderful, that sailing for three years and I went to another square in Neiva and well, Well, I had to close the business. and well, it has been a process of continuous learning.
As a mother, as a wife, as an entrepreneur. And from there I go. -Beautiful... and as a daughter. -And as a daughter. -Daughter, because your parents sowed in you and this discipline, this love for education, these values that have led you to do what you have done so far and everything
You are telling us is happening in Colombia. And this is what we emphasize at Prospera. It is so important embrace our stories as a whole and as migrants we have a lot of wealth. You during the time you were in Colombia 20 years in a job,
You launch a venture that goes according to to your values, you impact the community and you take on new roles being a mother, being an entrepreneur and then migration arrives, but the migration does not reach us Overnight to none of those who Are listening now.
We have a life that we have already traveled and you bring a complete life with you and now listening to you to talk about migration, I want to share with the audience a beautiful phrase that says: we don't start from scratch, since as human beings
We already have learnings, but it is necessary To be born and sow a new future. You recognize that phrase, Ingrid? Yes of course. Yes, yes, yes, of course. In a conversation we had I told her because really when one emigrates there are many challenges that we have to face,
Many learnings and grief, detachments. But sometimes I feel like there is a word that says well, we emigrated and started from scratch, We do not start from scratch because we bring our values, we bring an experience, dreams, some goals and we're aiming To continue to rethink ourselves.
Obviously there are other challenges, a new culture, diversity, but you have to walk with firm steps and find support groups to help us keep moving aiming to that achievement. No, but the immigrating is not easy. It is not. But it is a lot of learning, of much change and acknowledgement.
For me to emigrate I have learned something in these four years that I have been here In the United States, we chose San José and after some sailing we chose it because it is a sanctuary city and for the climates.
We came with the two children who at that time I was about five and six years old then. and you know. Everything was from the beginning to find a place to stay, We start in one, in one room With the help of my husband's cousin,
It was not so easy not to rent even a family of four with children Searched for rentals on Facebook, and the cost? Well it's a matter of getting to know the mechanism, of sleeping on a mattress all four of us, for three days, of missing the bus, the train.
Well, it's it's it's continuous learning and you have to be open to everything that comes, because if not, Well we stay there in pain and in the difficulty and complications. And I think that everything is a transition however we want to see it, right?
How powerful what you tell us, because we started talking of a life full of love, success, of realization in your country and you come here to sow the future. And I love this phrase No, we don't come from scratch,
We come to sow the future and that's how you talk to your children, even when they They got lost several times on Bart. Sometimes they couldn't get on or The cab driver said no... So they have had situations of a lot of learning. What has migration brought you?
If you could talk about some lessons, Ingrid. Yeah, first of all for me one of the limitations was the English, or it is the English. One of the learnings is that everything happens in the search, in the search to find those alliance and support groups. It has been one.
Two: in finding these changes, to adaptability and have a cell phone and start learning how to use Maps Like, how often does the bus come, every 15 minutes, that is. Being able to open your mind and enter a mood of changes, of adaptability, to get out of that comfort zone.
Well, since I left my country I left comfort, but it's having that mind to be able to accept changes, to be open to adaptability and that has been a huge learning as an immigrant, adapt to changes. The other, the issue of seeking support, join support groups and seek Help, not stay still
In chaos, but in moving forward, in looking for another alternative. And like mom, well always be the support of my children and not see it as like a duel we are going through, but to see this as a springboard.
We have to live this to get out, to learn and be able to help others, because that is gaining experience and go out How beautiful and how strong, because In a past conversation you told me is not easy having had everything and starting,
But you clarified very well, but we don't start from scratch. And how important are these tips? for people who are just arriving. Are we all surrounded of people who are arriving or do they ever arrive Are you listening to us, friend? You are probably thinking the time you arrived.
This mentality of cooperation, to break the isolation, to know that we are not alone... It is vital. And you? You are talking to me about these support groups. You are part, for example, of Prospera programs, but you have been in other organizations. You've been searching for four years
The different threads to move forward your dreams, you have not given up, You always move forward, woman. That's how it is. That's how it is. Four years ago I started searching, searched online, and the pandemic arrived. Well, everything is closed now, but we continue, we continue searching in the media. And Prospera arrived.
I took the Explora course and that's where I started three years ago, knowing about organizations where they could feed me, nurture me, meet people, cooperate and continuously learning. “For me the expression of not giving up sometimes it means most of the time, It means facing all my challenges
But don't let them stop me in that attempt, in that dream, in that goal, whatever be it the one I go there, if it is the age, I probably won't be able to run anymore. or go as fast as before, I'm going to need to take breaks.
But I'm not going to give up while life keeps going, then I'm not going to give up.” “For me the phrase 'echar pa' lante' it means moving forward despite difficult times, despite setbacks, to learn of them and get stronger every day. Because life is a learning and at all times
You learn and get good things from it and that makes us stronger every day.” “For me as an entrepreneurial woman, the phrase 'echar pa' lante' It's something I tell myself every day. There are very good days that motivate you to move forward
And there are days not so good in which you have to pick up the floor again and smile and say 'Come on, let's go again.' It is understanding that you were not wrong, “It hurts, but it is a learning experience.” “Echar pa' lante' means grabbing all my fears, to embrace them
And take a dive. It is not calculating too much, but to be intuitive and of course it is to get up and try again and again.” "For me It is the expression of pushing forward, simply to fulfill your dreams, to be constant in what you believe in
Have your mission of what you believe, about life or what you you really want to achieve in life. What it really is that, work on that, to take action, to work on it and not stay in what Could have been, Then let time pass and not take action at the moment of now,
Now is the time to take action to achieve your goals.” You are the example of when we talk About you when you Launch a business It is not just launching the business, but it is the integral growth of the women. You bring us your story,
You bring all the richness of your values, from your experience in Colombia, you connect here and you already have an experience of entrepreneurship in Colombia and later here. You are four years old, but you You already have more time with a new business.
And not only do you have a business, but you have a new baby. There is a saying -I am from Mexico- and there is a saying That says (maybe they have it in Colombia), that 'every child brings their cake under their arm'. So tell us a little about your baby
What do you have right now two years old, three years old, three years now. That is, a year after arriving you had a baby but you had another baby What is your entrepreneurship. That's right, tell us about your babies, Tell us about the two babies. Okay! Well, that was in 2019.
At the end of 2019 I am pregnant. I arrived in April and December I was already two months pregnant and well my baby was born in 2020 in full on pandemic I was working, working and the pandemic arrived. So at home with my two children big ones, the baby, the need has arrived
To do many things at home, of being the mother, to continue with my entrepreneurship, the wife, and they supplied many needs in front of the school where my children studied that the mothers who worked on this They had no way of accompanying them. Everything goes on the computer now and accompanying tasks,
Well, I adapted where I lived. in my apartment, I took the children from their little hands and I told them calmly, I will help you and the living room in my house became a classroom, of children of different ages and that's where I started with this great dream of being able to serve.
I felt so comfortable doing it, but the same with my little baby breastfeeding and I did a thousand things. My baby was born in June and all the time I was so busy. Go figure... when the world is facing the pandemic.
When this hit, it hit us all, It taught us so many things. But you are the living image of entrepreneurship, because entrepreneurship is finding opportunities even in the midst of crises. You in the middle of the crisis, when people is with this children adapting, How could they access online classes?
With a migrant community with many needs, you you become a heroine of many ways, because your house was full children's and you offered the service for free. Is that so? -Yes, that's right, that's right. And at the same time that you took care of these three children, the youngest breastfeeding
And so, that is the little seed of your entrepreneurship, of your other baby. Tell me a little, tell us What are the values, What is Healthy and Safe Children about? What is your entrepreneurship? Yes. Yes of course. Well then it started the idea of being able to help those mommies.
Who didn't have, They didn't know How to start accompanying your children. So I adapted my room and started to support them in educational matters. But I saw a lot of need and concern in the mothers who did not know how to approach certain topics, how to generate that listening connection,
Of tantrums, of various challenges that were presented. So there I saw this need: It's not the children, but the parents. Then I saw that need and started to study, to land that idea and I started making a business plan. What will my vision be? What will the vision be?
And I started to align it with my vision and my purpose as Ingrid. It's really what I like. This my passion. I have the talent, I have the training, so here it is And what will be the impact? and how am I going to do it?
So I started my business plan. and I started to structure it. I started to investigate how it is to formalize it as a business. And so I started. I started my business. I formalized it in and continued knowing other organizations to leverage and learning more about license, about permits and well,
Today I'm happy with my development increasingly growing organization, because a business plan is born from a need, an opportunity for an idea, but the business plan is not static, the business plan is moving according to what is growing, today we talk of an artificial intelligence
What is moving the market what the market is needing. There are many variables... and I'm just happy. Happy because I do what I like, because I have made an impact I have helped so many moms to be able to find that best relationship with their children in early childhood.
And every time I say there is a lot to give, a lot to do to create this connection. A generation in peace, a generation fullfilled, a generation where children find that happy life Where we don't put all that stress on them That we have, those worries...
So they can live that childhood discovering their talents. Wonderful! Because to all of those who are listening to the podcast and they are not seeing it, Since we are on several platforms, they are missing their smile and the shine of your eyes. When you talk about Healthy and Safe Children your eyes glimmer,
You smile because you are talking and I can feel the passion in your words. So I see that this business, more than a business, It is connected to your life purpose. And how can we not push forward to launch a business When it connects with your heart? What is your greatest wish
Of this business or for this enterprise? What's your wish for future generations? Beautiful question, Clau! Really! Look, Well, we were finishing the year and I just attended a Vision Board class with you guys, super nice, where I am expressing that at this moment. How I see myself with my business
And I want to help many families, Many women, the woman with many roles who are separated, or are single moms On various situations or who live with their kid's father. But with different guidelines that cannot get on the same page for the upbringing of that kid, and I want to see many children
Where they can have that connection from their childhood to their first seven years of life, where children enjoy this childhood, where they are heard, where they can wake up to that pleasure of playing, that mother with this fast-paced life that we carry, let's have quality time, of listening to each other,
To be able to manage those emotions that the children give us that tantrum are not seen as a problem, but it really wants to tell me something my son or my daughter with that tantrum. I'm an adult and I throw tantrums too. and I need to manage my tantrums,
But because sometimes the child throws a tantrum we already see it as a problem. So my mission is to be able to contribute to many families, immigrant families and my focus It to help a lot with the life transitions that I have taken upon with my health issue.
I want to help that woman entrepreneur wearing many hats. What we want to achieve and we are warrior women, unstoppable women that want to do everything and I am a superhero. But where is that balance and that priority? To push ahead It is important, to be determined, have faith, have focus,
But we must have that balance and that priority. I'm going to stop you there Because it's so valuable with how we are getting to know you. An unstoppable woman, a woman who pushes forward, a berraca woman who comes from Colombia with that passion, with a beautiful story entrepreneurship.
You arrive in the middle of a pandemic, you see the opportunity, you have a baby, you have two children Plus, you launch a business, but there is also a voice of a woman who says it is important to stop, It is important to appreciate today, you told me in a past conversation
And for some people it's like dissonant, How does someone who pushes forward, who launched a business in the midst of the crisis, Where does her learning come from? You mentioned something about health... I would like to talk about entrepreneurship. Which is also talking about health.
What have you learned and how have you learned it, Ingrid? Yes, Clau. Well a year and a half ago I received a diagnosis of breast cancer where As you mention, everything that comes to me I embrace, I appreciate it and I see it as a gift because I have learned.
God gave me the opportunity to be here today and with great faith and determination, but for this process It is very important how we nourish our thoughts and our mind, How you see a piece of news and feel the darkness of your life that until today reaches you It's a path...
According to the diagnosis, that was not a very common, with a little way out, but with faith, taking action on everything It is within you and you can move forward. But you have to discover and feel the power that is in you. So,
For me this year and a half In my health issue it has been An huge learning. I tell you that it is a rebirth, Ingrid's rebirth, a rebirth that is valuable to take advantage of, but with certain principles: that you have to have a balance in life, Because
It is important think about our goals, our goals, our dreams. But with a lot of responsibility or giving them high priority. If I am not well, my health is not ok, If I don't love myself, I don't take care of myself, I don't pamper myself
As I want, I know how to continue with all the benefits I want. I want to serve, I want a peaceful childhood, I want connected families and I'm already there as a mother, as a woman, as a being that today I have life, I can breathe,
Stop and look. I used to live a life automatic race on autopilot, I slept too little and did not appreciate the butterfly, the little bird, the glass of water I drink in the morning and today I value a hug, a smile, I value everything, I appreciate it. What beauty!
Because we are talking about a year and a half which was a challenge, but as we also say in Prospera there are burdens and gifts and those burdens bring us gifts. You're talking about a growth of your consciousness, to appreciate today. At the same time, awareness
Of lack of access on health issues, for many people and you with the characteristics of being a migrant woman. it was a challenge to access healthcare. But you pushed ahead and you are here. And it took time too because it was during COVID, I understand
What was it like during COVID and what was difficult To get the attention you required and it was indeed breast cancer. And as you mention it, Clau all the time it has been a search because I found that little ball, I'm talking about 2020.
When I had my baby He was six months old and I was breastfeeding him. 2020, 2021, 2022... I started treatment last year when that ball grew enormously and for being an immigrant I didn't have access to that program, but I began to search, to investigate, to navigate, asking
And thank God that Sorato Cancer Center was it and I was able to start my treatment, but it was a quite the search, it was health community issue outside of San José, searching, searching and well, thank God I managed to have the support from programs and now I finished my chemo cycle.
You are a warrior as you said and that has influenced your children. We at Prospera we see that betting on women It's not just because of them, because women are like dominoes. You impact everyone, Ingrid, you inspire all women, but your own children They are also already entrepreneurs.
We are going to leave it for the next podcast, but I tell you that your children too are entrepreneurs who see a woman in you who fights, a woman who does not faint, but they also see a woman who takes care of herself.
And I would like, as today's topic is to move forward, We are talking about the health issue, of entrepreneurship, of migration. If you can define for us: what does it mean in your life To 'push forward'. Pushing ahead means don't let yourself be defeated by obstacles, learn from failures
And move forward with determination, with resilience, with faith, nourishing our mind, placing that approach but taking action and I have deciphered it in three words, that is, in creating, believe in yourself. How? Raising that unstoppable level of self-knowledge, self-confidence,
Believe in yourself, how to create, How do you create that aspect in your life? and in several aspects, with your business or with your family... Go create. How do you create? that contribution towards one another and to co-create. Co-creating is involving a community, is participating, is giving those innovative solutions
And promoting creativity, but being a participant in a community. So for me these three words of believing, creating and co-creating I invite you to analyze them, develop them and internalize them in your life, fulfilling from within... How? Being determined. We are unstoppable recognizing our talents, our abilities and that's basically it,
Is stating: I'm brave, I'm valuable, I'm loving. Giving ourselves that affirmation of who we are. And I invite you to do that, To have that determination being resilient and with a lot of faith. Believe, create... And co-create. Co-create. And we say it, we say it again so that we do not forget.
Believe. Create, Co-create And this is so aligned with the values of Prospera, because we know that the importance embracing our stories is vital for our self-knowledge. But also we know that collective power It's the one that moves mountains. When we cooperate.
Your story can be the story Of one of the people who are listening. And basically everything you told us it's a recipe and I would like to invite you, even though I've already heard it as advice in Prospera, what we want to maintain It's that Prospera little fire that is love.
Love for me, for myself, love for my community, the love of transformation from what they taught me it's the way it is. So, I'll push forward and I show that it was not like that. What is the love advice That you want to leave
For these women who are here listening, for their friends that are listening as well, what is the message of love in order to not crack, to be a berraco or berraca, to 'push forward', Ingrid? How have you done it in all these years?
Well friends, women, all the people who are listening to me, we are all instruments of life, we all have a story, we are strong, brave, with many talented, with many skills. Well, always have that vitamin, that is love.
When I talk to you about believing it is that: it is that self-confidence of loving myself, to love myself, to value myself and achieve that life balance, to give that priority, to search that space, that morning way that we have, that it is very important to love each other and co-create in community.
Making community is wonderful, this path with Prospera For me it is so valuable, I love you very much, you are part of my family. With each one of you one learns enormously, the community grows with the programs and thank you for existing, thanks for all that strategy you do,
For everything you invest in us, You invest in many ways with the workshops, with your words, with the programs, with every sense that they give, what they put. So I appreciate them a lot. and to other people who listen to us and they are not part of the community, I invite you to
To enter this valuable community which is a community full of values where I have found lots of love in all areas, company in all personal matters, family, professional matters... I am a crybaby and I'm almost at that point. I am very grateful for your words. I'm very grateful
Because you have opened this sacred part to us which is your own story. And at Prospera we say it, We repeat it and live it: Together we are unstoppable. Thank you very much for being here, Ingrid. To you, Clau, thank you very much.
Well every beginning has its end and fortunately this is not an end, because now we are going to continue this topic in our homes, at work, talking with friends, our comadres. What keeps you going? How are you staying in line with your values, with your dreams,
To not give up, to keep going despite all the obstacles? How can we create collective power? Seeing and listening to each other to not give up? So this conversation continues and we also invite you to continue tuning in to the next episodes because this podcast is not Prospera's, It's everyone's.
Because the podcast Para Todas brings us collective power. We are connected. Thank you very much for all the support, for spreading the word.
