Where: Based at the Novotel Leeds and Manchester hotels, or at the Ibis Birmingham hotel. Valid: Runs on selected Saturdays in the morning and afternoon. Treats tutelage: Learn about the history of chocolate and how it is made in a workshop good enough to eat. Chocolate making: Enjoy a deluxe chocolate making masterclass for two people. Chocolates: Try your hand at being a cocoa connoisseur by making your own Belgian truffles by hand, then dip and decorate your truffles with coconut or cocoa powder. Batch: You'll be a batch made in heaven as you can take home 30-50 truffles. For two: Take someone along who is as sweet as the chocolate treats!
