Equipment: All arrows and bows are included - you'll get the choice of a traditional, compound or recurve bow. As well as protective gear including wrist guards and finger pouches. Safety: Beforehand, one of the expert and qualified instructors will give you a safety briefing on how to use the equipment properly. One-hour You'll shoot your shot for approximately one-hour trying to get as close to the bullseye as you can.
