Pushing Hands Drills: Participants will learn one of the Pushing Hands drills, a foundational exercise involving interaction with a partner. Martial Arts Training: Setting new goals? Looking for new skills to learn? How about joining a martial arts class - who knows, it might turn into a hobby! Introduction to Tai Chi Chuan: Beginners will be introduced to various aspects of Tai Chi Chuan, including the 'Hand Form', a series of solo moves designed to enhance coordination, posture, and balance. Basic Self-Defense: For those interested, basic self-defense techniques will also be taught, providing practical skills for personal protection. Valid: Thursday, 7pm to 8.30pm; Saturday, 10.30am to midday. One Session: Enjoy a one session tailored to any age and ability level, spread out over four weeks. This structured approach allows for a taster into the art.
